The Electrical Nature of "Hot Flashes"

When electricity is running through a circuit, and it encounters resistance, that resistance creates heat. When we enter menopause, energy - electricity - starts to leave our reproductive organs and goes to find another home in our system.

This movement of electricity can energize suppressed emotions. When it encounters those pockets of resistance in our bodies and our fields, it heats them up.

Hot Flashes

If we are not grounded - electromagnetically connected to the earth and our environment - due to wearing rubber soled shoes and spending most of our days inside, there is nowhere for this excess energy to go and so it expresses itself as heat.

Additionally, if we have spent our life suppressing emotions such as anger, this additional energy can make it hard to continue to suppress it. More resistance to this flow of energy creates more heat.

If you suffer from hot flashes, try thinking about it electrically and emotionally. What emotion is trying to express itself, to stop being resistant? What we resist, persists.

I was actually able to eliminate all my menopausal symptoms through sound inputs - Biofield Tuning and the Sonic Slider, by getting the electrical resistance out of my system - as well as by wearing leather soled shoes and getting more grounded.

Our tendency to think of these changes as hormonal, as chemicals, requiring the balance of chemistry in our body, is missing the underlying electric/emotional cause of that imbalance.

This article offers a fresh perspective, viewing hot flashes not just as a hormonal issue but also as an "emotional electrical blockage" in the body, Chill Guy Clicker, suggesting an interesting approach to self-observation and self-care.

This perspective offers an interesting blend of physical grounding and emotional awareness, encouraging people to look at hot flashes in a more holistic way. Thinking about energy flow—both electrically and emotionally—can be empowering, especially when paired with practices that promote release rather than resistance. It’s a bit like Veck IO, where balance, flow, and responsiveness determine how smoothly everything functions; when resistance builds up, things overheat or break down.

This is such a powerful shift in perspective! We’re so used to hearing about menopause as carecredit interest rate a deficiency of chemicals, but reframing it as a re-wiring of our electrical system feels much more empowering.
