The Tuning Forks Used in Biofield Tuning

Currently, the Biofield Tuning store offers 8 tuning forks: 5 weighted forks, and 3 unweighted forks.
Schumann Forks
3 of the weighted forks are based on the frequency of 7.83 Hz, the baseline background electromagnetic pulse within the earth's atmosphere, called the Schumann Resonance.
These are:
93.96 Hz (7.83 x 12) Sonic Slider® 62.64 Hz (7.83 x 8) 54.81 Hz (7.83 x 7)
Applying these forks to the body provides the information of coherent electrical frequencies to the system.
Fibonacci Forks
The other two weighted forks are based in the Fibonacci Sequence, a mathematical pattern found in nature where each factor is the sum of the two that came before it.
These are:
144 Hz (12th position in sequence) 89 Hz (11th position in sequence)
When you divide any number in the Fibonacci sequence by the number that comes before it, you end up with close to 1.618 or Phi, every time
This number is known as the Golden Mean or Golden Ratio. It is recognized as the ratio of beauty, harmony and order.
This pair gives our aetheric template -the information field of our inner geometry - the input of natural order.
The Fibonacci forks were recently introduced (12/19) and are not included in the Biofield Tuning toolkits. They are optional for practitioners, and are used in the same way that the other forks are used.
How we use them
In Biofield Tuning, weighted forks are used both by placing the handles of the vibrating forks on the body and for combing through the field. The 89, 93.96, and 144 forks all have extra long handles, 3 5/8", and these can be used in a sliding motion along the body as well.
Weighted forks can be activated by bumping against heel of hand, sides of hips or knees, or with a hockey puck. They can also be bumped against something like a cork or foam yoga block or the sole of a sneaker.
Unweighted Solfeggio Forks
The three unweighted forks we use are from the 9 Piece Solfeggio Set. These frequencies are:
528 Hz 417 Hz 174 Hz
We use these forks to comb through the field- they are generally not placed on the body.
The 174 Hz fork is considered the "work horse" of the process of field combing due to its ability to locate, resonate with, and resolve distortions.
It is generally used first (wide tooth comb) and then followed by the higher frequencies (fine tooth combs), one or the other or both depending on the inclination of the practitioner.
Unweighted tuning forks are activated by being struck quickly and firmly against a hockey puck - this is the best activator we have found in our research.
Benefits
Introducing coherent tones to the body, whether through weighted or unweighted forks, provides many benefits. On a fundamental level, the process helps get the noise and resistance out of the body's electrical system, which in turn relaxes muscles and the vascular and lymph systems, allowing everything to flow better.
Using the handles of the weighted forks in a sliding motion helps improve muscle tone and release fascia restriction, also allowing for improved flow.
As patterns of tension are released, from both the electric body and the magnetic field, previously frozen energy returns to circulation, thus improving overall energy levels.
